LIC LATAM Distributor Manager Barry Allison said the results were a testament to the dedication of each farming family and their commitment to producing high-quality milk.
"These farms have all developed strong pasture-based systems and share a genuine passion for producing exceptional dairy products. To see them recognised at a national level is a fantastic achievement and one they should be incredibly proud of."
While each farm has its own unique story, all four share a common belief in the value of pasture-based dairying and have incorporated LIC genetics into their breeding programmes to support productive, efficient cows capable of delivering high-quality milk.
Their collective success demonstrates how investment in genetics and farm management can create value beyond the farm gate, helping produce award-winning products that resonate with consumers.
Barry said he had spoken with each of the farmers following the awards, and they were delighted to have their success recognised.
"These awards reflect years of commitment to breeding, pasture management and milk quality. It's great to see these farmers receiving recognition for their hard work and producing cheeses that are among the best in Brazil."
The achievements of these four farms also reinforce the strong connection between quality milk production and premium dairy products, proving that great cheese starts long before the cheesemaking process begins.
